Property management/SaaS
RealManage is a tech-enabled service provider that supports homeowner association (HOA) communities by combining on-site management with a proprietary digital platform. As the company expanded, its brand structure became increasingly complex, creating challenges in brand architecture and brand consolidation, and making it harder to communicate a unified story to the market.
The company set out to modernize and unify under a single, recognizable brand through a masterbrand strategy. At the same time, it needed to highlight two key offerings without treating them as standalone brands—positioning CiraConnect as a core technology differentiator and GrandManors as a premium tier service.
The goal was to build a unified masterbrand that not only preserved over 20 years of legacy but also instilled confidence in future growth through a scalable corporate rebranding strategy. This included retiring the “family of brands” and executing a full brand consolidation initiative, bringing everything into a scalable system with a streamlined service naming structure that could support expansion while maintaining consistency across offerings.
As a brand architecture agency, the SketchDeck team partnered closely with RealManage to develop a unified brand system anchored in a single principle: one RealManage brand, designed to scale. All offerings were consolidated under the masterbrand, reinforcing a clear masterbrand strategy and brand consolidation framework, creating a cohesive foundation that strengthened market presence and reduced fragmentation.
Within this structure, CiraConnect was positioned as the proprietary platform powering every offering, reinforcing a technology-driven advantage. GrandManors was reframed as a premium-tier service, signaling an elevated experience without separating from the core brand. A flexible service naming system was introduced to define service tiers across different customer needs, supporting expansion while maintaining alignment.
RealManage’s identity was modernized through a refined logo and visual identity system, designed to support both property management branding and SaaS brand identity. A refined logo, inspired by the visual language of URLs, subtly references both a digital platform and a rooftop form—connecting technology and housing. This approach extends across the brand, balancing a platform-driven aesthetic with a more editorial sensibility while maintaining the human touch central to HOA management.
The new RealManage masterbrand transforms the organization into a unified, scalable system, demonstrating the impact of a strategic corporate rebranding. Internally, teams now operate within a consistent framework, improving communication and alignment and supporting ongoing growth initiatives.
By positioning CiraConnect as the technological foundation, the brand strengthens its SaaS brand identity while reinforcing its value as a tech-enabled service provider. At the same time, integrating GrandManors as a premium tier allows the business to signal higher-value experiences without fragmenting the brand.
The result is a modern, adaptable brand system that reflects best practices in brand architecture, brand consolidation, and masterbrand strategy, supporting long-term growth.
