You login to our project management platform, write your creative brief, set your deadlines and submit.

First delivery and feedback

You receive your first design delivery, preview your files, and provide feedback.

Quality control

After we incorporate all your design feedback, the final delivery is reviewed for quality control and adjusted if needed.

Final delivery

We incorporate all of your design feedback and deliver final assets for you to download and share.

You login to our project management platform, write your creative brief, set your deadlines and submit.

Kick-off call with your Project Manager

You and your Project Manager discuss your vision, cover any questions, and finalize your detailed, creative brief together.

Style samples delivered and approved

We create style samples, different interpretations of the creative brief, for you to choose from.

You choose one style sample to move forward with. If none of the style samples work, you provide feedback and we adjust until you’re satisfied.

Full design and interations

We design the whole project in line with the selected style sample.

You provide feedback. We adjust as necessary, going through a set number of iterations until the project meets all your needs and expectations.

Quality control

After we incorporate all your design feedback, the final delivery is reviewed for quality control and adjusted if needed.

We deliver final, vetted assets for you to download and share.

Kick-off call with your Design Director and Project Manager

You, your Project Manager, and your Design Director discuss the full scope of your creative needs and business goals, brainstorm creative ideas, and set your project up for maximum creative impact.

Design Director and Project Manager finalize project strategy and process

Your Project Manager and Design Director will write a clear creative brief for the team & collect all assets and documentation for success.

We create a customized design process to best suit your timeline and goals. The following steps are common for premium projects, but adjustable as needed.

Moodboards presented

Your team puts together moodboards to demonstrate possible visual directions.

We present these moodboards to you in a meeting, discuss any feedback, and align on one visual direction to move forward with.

Initial concepts and sketches presented

We conduct reference research and brainstorm creative ways to interpret and provide a visual solution for your project. We then create sketches, a quick way to test multiple ideas before designing full style samples.

Finally, we present these sketches or initial concepts to you in a meeting, discuss any feedback, and select one concept to move forward with.

Style samples delivered and approved

Your Design Director collaborates with Senior Designers to create style samples based on the creative brief.

You meet with your Design Director. Style samples are presented and discussed before choosing one to move forward with.

Full design and iterations

We design the whole project in line with the selected style sample. We include thoughtful, eye-catching animation to any part of your project if desired.

You provide feedback. We adjust as necessary, going through as many iterations as necessary until the project meets all your needs and expectations.

Quality control

After we incorporate all your design feedback, the final delivery is reviewed for quality control and adjusted if needed.

Final delivery

We deliver final, vetted assets for you to download and share.
