The SketchDeck Referral Program (“the Program”) offers rewards to individuals (“Referrers”) who refer new clients (“Referrals”) to SketchDeck, a provider of professional creative and digital services. Referrers and Referrals must adhere to the terms outlined below to be eligible for rewards.
To participate in the Program as a Referrer or Referral, individuals must:
Referrer Reward: Referrers will receive a $250 Visa gift card for each eligible Referral who places a project with SketchDeck valued at $5,000 or more. The reward will be issued within 3 months of the Referral’s project being initiated and payment being received for the minimum project value.
Referral Reward: Referrals will receive a $100 Visa gift card upon placing a project with SketchDeck valued at $5,000 or more. The reward will be issued within 3 months of the project initiation and payment being received for the minimum project value.
SketchDeck will distribute rewards within 3 months of the Referral’s project being placed and payment being received for the minimum value requirement.
Reward distribution will be facilitated via Visa gift cards to the email addresses provided by the Referrer and Referral.
For a project to qualify for rewards, it must be initiated in our platform and payment for the project must be received in full before awards distribution.
Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
SketchDeck reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Referrers and Referrals must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
SketchDeck reserves the right to withhold rewards and disqualify individuals who violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
By participating in the Program, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with SketchDeck’s Privacy Policy.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
