24 Seven, a leading marketing and creative talent solutions firm and SketchDeck’s parent company, asked SketchDeck to develop a scalable internal communications and brand campaign theme for its 2025 anniversary year. The campaign needed to unify teams, strengthen employee engagement and create alignment across the organization.
The theme had to be consistent and expansive enough to serve as the foundation for all internal communications, events, and initiatives throughout the year. It had to reflect 24 Seven’s legacy while honoring the anniversary milestone and looking ahead. The challenge was to create a cohesive theme and visual system that could connect past, present, and future—while driving alignment, engagement, adoption, and growth.
SketchDeck developed an enterprise-wide internal brand campaign and visual identity system designed to scale across every employee and leadership touchpoint—from Town Hall slides to templates and banners. The team explored a range of concepts before anchoring the work across a central rallying cry: “Next Level Now, Next Level Always: Celebrating 25 Years of Conquering Challenges.”
The concept elevates 24 Seven’s history of continuous growth through change—from industry shifts to global challenges and acquisitions—positioning the company’s values of adaptability, collaboration, and innovation as its defining strengths. It balances the ambition of the “Now” with the reliability of “Always” and aligns the team across a shared purpose of “Next Level” performance.
To ensure scalability and adoption, we developed a flexible design system built on layered shapes, imagery, icons, and gradients to create a sense of upward motion and continuous progression. The 25th anniversary was fully integrated through a new badge and supporting design extensions, making it feel like a natural part of the theme rather than a separate element.
The final result is a cohesive annual theme and campaign system that connects 24 Seven’s legacy with its future ambitions, made for special occasions and sustained use throughout the year. The design structure enabled consistent rollout across key touchpoints, including events, templates, internal campaigns, and anniversary celebrations.
The internal brand campaign improved organizational alignment, strengthened employee engagement and created a consistent communications framework across departments and leadership teams, giving employees and leadership teams a shared brand language to communicate company goals, celebrate milestones and reinforce culture. It positioned the 25th anniversary as both a moment of pride and a catalyst for forward momentum.
By tying together storytelling, system design, and campaign execution, the 2025 theme establishes a clear direction for where the company is headed: continuing to evolve, grow, and push beyond, together.
