Challenge

Cargill approached us to support the launch of Incroflo P50, a new addition to its polymer additives portfolio, timed to debut at K Show in Germany—one of the industry’s most influential global trade show events. The booth needed to introduce the new product as the hero of the show while presenting the brand’s full portfolio in a clear and cohesive way.

As a growing player in the category, Cargill also wanted to build brand recognition and trust. SketchDeck set out to create an experience that expressed the brand’s precision and forward momentum, with visuals and messaging designed to scale across international markets and future campaigns.

Solution

Working closely with Cargill’s Polymer Additives team, we developed a unified messaging and design system anchored by two ideas—Incroflo P50: The clear FPPA alternative and Cargill Polymer Additives: Engineered for what’s next. This created a structure in which the hero product led the story while the broader portfolio reinforced brand credibility and depth.

We translated this strategy into a spatial and visual design language that elevated Cargill’s existing brand for the trade show, crafting intentional moments across signage and branded surfaces that created a clear hierarchy and guided visitors naturally through the space.

Our team developed a full suite of product launch assets, including a two-story trade show booth with five product kiosks that worked together to create a cohesive brand experience—highlighting Incroflo P50 while still giving each product a defined presence. In addition to the physical booth, we delivered a promotional email, product sell sheet, product brochure and product video, ensuring a narrative flow across every audience interaction.

An infographic shows anti-scratch properties of Incerra products, highlighting up to 86% increased load without scratching, and a photo of hands on a car steering wheel—showcasing the next stage of Cargill innovation.

Outcome

The campaign delivered a high-impact trade show presence for Cargill at K Show and successfully introduced Incroflo P50 as a smart solution for a changing regulatory landscape. The booth drew attention to the hero innovation, showcased the brand’s portfolio, and positioned Cargill as a credible and cutting-edge partner in specialty polymer additives.

Beyond the event, the messaging and design system provided a scalable foundation for future marketing efforts and strengthened Cargill’s brand identity. The success of the launch also opened the door to continued collaboration between SketchDeck and Cargill—proving the value of understanding a brand to build a cohesive strategy grounded in thoughtful design and clear storytelling.
