The Challenge

Chief, an elite executive networking and professional growth platform, partnered with SketchDeck to completely renovate its New Era of Leadership (NEOL) campaign. This campaign awards executive women and companies shaping the future of business. To fully realize its campaign mission, Chief needed creative that embodied the same bright future it sought to inspire.

To achieve a full, creative revamp for NEOL, we needed a sophisticated concept to simultaneously celebrate this year's winners and usher Chief's branding into a new, compelling chapter.

The Solution

From the beginning, we developed a visual concept designed for maximum impact, updating Chief's look and feel to captivate the NEOL campaign audience while remaining true to the brand's central purpose.

Through shapes and graphics, our creative concept evoked a sense of forward movement, strong leadership, agility and innovation. A brighter color palette combined with fresh typography and dynamic image treatment solidified this new brand direction to create a true sense of inspiration.

Rooted in a deep understanding of Chief's brand and audience, we delivered a visual identity for the NEOL awards that didn't just align with the core mission, but also ignited a deeper transformation within Chief's brand.

The Outcome

Thanks to the upgraded creative direction, the New Era of Leadership 2024 awards became one of Chief's most successful social media campaigns to date. Garnering engagement from notable figures like Billie Jean King and leading brands like Etsy and Chipotle, the campaign made an incredible impact, both externally and internally.

Our visual transformation of the NEOL campaign elevated Chief's brand essence, connected deeply with its audience, and drove impressive impact. That was just the beginning. Our bold designs would serve as a powerful starting point for Chief's visual future.
