Datavant, a leader in healthcare data exchange, needed to rapidly elevate its executive event branding across multiple touchpoints for its Executive Advisory Council (EAC) offsite. As a health technology event design engagement, this required updating and refining existing materials into a scalable event branding system capable of supporting both immediate needs and future events.
The SketchDeck team was required to move quickly as a fast-turnaround design agency—building a cohesive, executive-ready experience across print, executive presentation design, and digital environments—while maintaining strict brand consistency for a high-stakes leadership audience. At the same time, the team had to adapt to an evolving scope, a large volume of deliverables, and multiple workstreams developing in parallel.
The SketchDeck team partnered with Datavant to create a unified multi-channel design system built to perform across every channel. Working within a two-week timeline, we quickly aligned through a focused discovery process and established a clear visual and structural direction early on, enabling rapid execution of event design without unnecessary rework.
