A campaign built to untangle creative chaos and inspire collaboration
Dropbox came to us to create a cohesive visual system and campaign concept for Replay, their internal feedback program—one that would unify stakeholders, simplify collaboration, and bring order to the creative process. With countless tools, rounds of feedback, and diverse teams, they needed more than just a set of visuals. They were looking for a flexible and engaging campaign identity that could scale across touchpoints and deliver on their brand promise: from chaos to clarity.
We partnered with Dropbox to develop a full campaign concept and design language around the idea of Where Creative Minds Find Clarity—a natural extension of Dropbox’s brand ethos.
The chosen concept emphasized streamlined workflows and creative unity, regardless of the project's complexity—empowering teams to move faster and collaborate more effectively. The visual system uses scribbles and feedback chips—playful yet purposeful elements that represent the evolution of raw, disorganized feedback into cohesive, actionable progress. Finally, to ground the design, we used Dropbox’s color palette to ensure cohesion while creating something fresh and distinctive.
We also created a comprehensive set of guidelines—from visual elements to messaging tone—to enable internal teams at Dropbox to utilize the campaign elements confidently. The result is more than a campaign to promote a tool—it’s a system that tells a story: that even in the swirl of creative chaos, Dropbox is the place where great work comes together.
The "Where Creative Minds Find Clarity" campaign brought instant alignment across Dropbox teams by turning a complex internal process into an intuitive and engaging experience. With a playful yet purposeful visual system—featuring scribbles and feedback chips—it transformed messy rounds of feedback into a story of progress and clarity.
The campaign not only boosted engagement with Replay but also gave Dropbox teams a unified visual language to communicate and collaborate more effectively. What began as a tool promotion evolved into an expression of Dropbox’s brand promise: helping creative minds move from chaos to clarity.
