Dynamo, a women-owned and -led event planning business, came to us for a swag package that would make a splash at their end-of-year wrap-up event—with a big reveal.
The event industry was forever changed by the pandemic. Due to travel restrictions and health and safety regulations, more and more event management providers were forced to consider virtual-only events—uncharted territory, even for the most experienced coordinators. Dynamo chose to forge ahead, not only embracing virtual events but building an entirely new service offering specifically for virtual events.
To share the big news with Dynamo’s clients, we created a virtual event swag pack to go with their big announcement, complete with portable coffee tumblers, door hangers for remote workers on the go, and other cute trinkets that highlight the work-from-home culture. We used a fun illustration style and bright, holographic-inspired colors to give each piece a virtual-world feel.
