For several years, REI, the nation’s largest consumer co-op, outsourced their email marketing management. Still, they faced stagnation in email marketing sales growth, coupled with operational inefficiencies that resulted in 7,000 wasted hours annually.
The design and content work needed stronger support and tighter collaboration across business groups to create the success they wanted.
