From brand to badge: powering Siteimprove’s annual SKO through creative identity

Challenge

Siteimprove approached us searching for more than just an agency to manage logistics—they needed a creative partner to bring their annual company-wide sales kickoff (SKO) and onsite event to life. With an ambitious theme—"Ignite"—and a desire to incorporate the unifying passion of soccer into the experience, we aimed to create a fully integrated event identity that energized their global team and reflected their brand’s mission.

We became their one-stop solution: a partner who could develop a cohesive visual identity, create key branded touchpoints and manage everything from sizzle reels to swag.

Solution

We built our creative concept around the universal language of soccer—drawing from the energy, structure, and spirit of the sport. At the heart of the identity was a custom logo inspired by classic soccer badges: bold, recognizable, and designed to be worn and shared with pride.

The Ignite theme came to life through two core ideas:

  • Unity through sport: subtle nods to soccer strategy, including playbook diagrams, field markings, and formation lines, created a shared visual language that connected attendees across regions and roles, fostering a sense of unity. 


  • Momentum and energy: A dynamic color system of greens and blues evoked the look of the pitch, while anchoring the design in Siteimprove’s brand world.

From signage to swag, every touchpoint was designed to inspire team spirit, forward motion, and connection—capturing the true purpose of an SKO.

Outcome

The "Ignite" identity didn’t just set the tone for the event—it became a symbol of Siteimprove’s culture, energy, and momentum. The soccer-inspired branding created a shared language that resonated across departments and borders, transforming a corporate SKO into a celebration of team alignment.
