Pricing
SketchDeck works with you to find the flexible pricing plan best suited to your needs. For one-off projects you can pay as you go, only purchasing as many credits as you need. If you have ongoing, larger scale projects, SketchDeck’s membership offerings provide cost efficiencies while getting you all the creative and digital support you need.
Design pickle operates on a month-to-month subscription model. More expensive subscriptions get you access to more capabilities. For example, their lowest Graphics plan costs $649/month and only gets you access to graphic design and custom illustrations, without dedicated designers or onboarding support.
Design process
SketchDeck is committed to consistency. Depending on the scope of your project, SketchDeck customizes the right team for your needs and budget, while your trusty project manager ensures consistency throughout.
Our platform guarantees access, for you and your team, to all necessary brand files and past projects. Every project includes rigorous quality control. Our people stick around, so you can rest easy knowing your SketchDeck team will stay consistent over time.
Design pickle connects clients with indpendent contractors who handle design requests one-by-one in a queue clients can prioritize. Design Pickle doesn’t provide a conssitent designer unless you pay more. You also don’t receive a project manager or quality control. Onboarding and project manamgent is self-servce with the support of some how-to videos.
Turnaround time
We get it, sometimes you need things quickly. That’s why we offer three unique project speeds: express, standard, and relaxed. Express costs a bit more but guarantees delivery of your project as soon as you need it. Have time to spare? You can save with a slower project speed.
Turnaround times are fast, but not guaranteed. Depending on a designers bandwidth, projects can be delayed.
Communication
Above all, your team is always there when you need them. We believe in providing the best agency experience for our clients, and transparency is central to that mission.
We offer kick-off and weekly calls for every project, our platform guarantees maximum transparency and we can integrate with your teams slack and email channels as needed.
Number of requests/revisions
We’re committed to getting your project done right. That’s why we provide as many rounds of revisions as needed, though we’re committed to getting it right the first time. If you need to update a past project, SketchDeck’s easy search function lets you find and reopen any project, any time.
You can access as many revisions as you need, but each request goes back to the bottom of your queue if you don’t put it back at the top.
