Penji relies on their platform and a queue system, using a self-serve model for clients to submit briefs and projects. Penji doesn’t provide a consistent design team unless you pay more. There is no mention of a dedicated project manager either.
Turnaround time
We get it, sometimes you need things quickly. That’s why we offer three unique project speeds: express, standard, and relaxed. Express costs a bit more but guarantees delivery of your project as soon as you need it. Have time to spare? You can save with a slower project speed.
The lowest tier only offers 1-2 day turnaround, and you have to pay more to access same-day turnaround.
