Our on-site photography team captured branded visuals and authentic moments of attendees enjoying the trip, creating a library of images to fuel marketing collateral year-round and inspire future qualifiers. Simultaneously, our videographers documented key moments throughout the trip, producing an engaging internal highlight video that celebrates the team’s accomplishments.
Before the trip, SketchDeck designed all printed materials—including itineraries, signage, name tags, and custom swag—plus email communications to build excitement. After the trip, we delivered digital assets including thank-you emails, social media graphics, and marketing collateral to extend the celebration and inspire next year’s team.
